Started out as a pepakura printout.  Paper Helmet was then Fiberglass Resin'd for strength, the Fiberglassed for additional strength.  The Helmet was then bondo'd and smooth with various grit sand paper.  The visor was then cut out, and replaced with PETG plastic, that was spray tinted.  The helmet was painted, and the lights were soldered, then installed in the helmet.
The gloves were made from PVC pipe, cut out, sanded, then painted and applied to the glove. Overall about a month, to a month and a half of work.

Helmet and gloves were both hand made.  The helmet started out as a pepakura print out.  The print out was cut, and glued together.  The paper helmet was then Fiberglass resin'd for strength, then fiberglassed for additional strength.  The Helmet was then completely Bondo'd and smoothed with various grit sandpapers.  The bondo'd visor was cut out, and vacuum formed PETG plastic to make a clear visor that was later then spray tinted.  The inside lights were then soldered together for the inside.  Gloves were made of PVC Pipe, cut out, and painted then applied to the regular gloves.  Overall, work put into was about 2 months.
