Started out as a pepakura printout.  Paper Helmet was then Fiberglass Resin'd for strength, the Fiberglassed for additional strength.  The Helmet was then bondo'd and smooth with various grit sand paper.  The visor was then cut out, and replaced with PETG plastic, that was spray tinted.  The helmet was painted, and the lights were soldered, then installed in the helmet.
The gloves were made from PVC pipe, cut out, sanded, then painted and applied to the glove. Overall about a month, to a month and a half of work.
