Chiaki Ishikawa

Chiaki Ishikawa was the vocalist for the band See-Saw alongside composer Yuki Kajiura. The duo created some of the most well-known anime songs of the early 2000s for the .hack franchise, Noir, and Gundam Seed. After the band split in 2006, Ishikawa-san went solo, performing the opening themes for Bokurano and Simoun as well as the first ending of Majestic Prince. In recent years, she’s taken to songwriting and is starting to shift her focus a bit, and she shared a little about that shift when she spoke with Anime Secrets at Otakon 2013.
