With the new Ahsoka TV show launching on Disney Plus next month, Nathan and Rizwan begin their preparations for this highly anticipated release with a complete rewatch of Star Wars Rebels. This is a fun time as our two co-hosts come at Rebels from very different perspectives and backgrounds, and sparks some very interesting discussions as Nathan is freshly entering Rebels for the first time, fresh off the heels of A New Dawn, and Rizwan making this his 3rd watch through of the entire series after first watching this on Disney XD as it came out. Jedi Squadron Podcast: Episode 04 – Disney’s Galactic Starcruiser: The Voyage of Life Time!

The Galactic Starcruiser at Disney World is slated to close down later this year. The Starcruiser is a 2-night Star Wars Themed live actio / roleplay experience set in the Star Wars Universe on board a starcruiser. The event has been critized by many for being too expensive, and not worth the price, while others say it is one of the best experiences they’ve had, and really lived up to the hype. Today on Jedi Squadron, we sit down with Mr. Jon Russo, known for his role as Con Organizer for MechaCon to discuss his experiences onboard the Galactic Starcruiser and learn more about what could’ve been for those fans unable to make the trip before things shut down for good.

This past weekend, Rizwan attended H-Town Card Show in Houston to meet Leilani Shiu. Leilani is best known for her role as Teeka the Jawa in the Obi Wan Kenobi TV show and being one of the credited Jawas in The Mandalorian and The Book of Boba Fett. Leilani was gracious enough to sit down with Rizwan for an interview to discuss her role, and time in the Star Wars franchise.

Thankfully it didn’t flop, and we have had almost 50 years of content. However even with all the incredible TV shows, books, video games and movies, Splinter of the Mind’s Eye is still a must read for any Star Wars fan.
